Privacy policy

blog.dinami.ai is the blog of Dinami.AI. The data controller is DINAMI.AI O.E., Rodopis 51, 152 35 Vrilissia, Greece (VAT no. 803315590; contact the data protection officer at dpo@dinami.ai).

What data is collected

You do not need an account to read the blog and we do not ask for any personal details. During a visit only the following is processed:

Server logs. The server and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, record technical details of each request, such as IP address, date and time, page and browser type. They are used only to run and secure the site and are kept for a limited time.
Technical cookies. Two cookies that are necessary for the site to work securely. More in the Cookie policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. The pages load nothing from third parties: fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.

Legal basis

Processing these technical details is based on our legitimate interest in running the site properly and securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

This data is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Dinami.AI services

If you email us, for example about the free diagnosis, we use your details only to reply to you. Dinami.AI’s products and services are governed by the terms of each engagement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. For any request, write to dpo@dinami.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
